Hi Benni,
It's great that you are listening carefully and asking questions about things that puzzle you. That's a great way to learn.

As for your question, which of the following do you think sounds more correct?

(1) In today's episode, us continue...

or

(2) In today's episode, we continue...

I hope it's (2)! You need the subject form (Michael and I), not the object form (Michael and me).

When compound subjects (Michael and I; Joe and me; etc.) sound confusing, try replacing them with either "we" or "us." (Actually, any personal pronoun but "you" will work, because "you" has the same subject and object forms). That should clear things up for you.

I hope this answers your question!

Thanks for listening! :)

You said in this podcast "In today’s episode, Michael and I continue (...)"

I thought it must be "Michael and me continue (...)"
Am I right?

Hi George! I'm glad you found the topic interesting. Yes, sedentary lifestyles and the abundance of delicious food are doing bad things to children -- and adults, for that matter.

Kudos to you for having the strength to kick the junk food habit. And I envy you having mountains nearby; I sorely miss the mountains of my hometown. There's nothing like a hike to the top of a mountain on a gorgeous autumn Santa Barbara day :)

Hello!

Junk food is a really interesting subject and I am sure almost all children eat junk food more than the healthy food. Also many children are suffering because of their body, and many of them face fat problems and serious health problems.

I was eating like a maniac junk food, but one day I said "NO! I'm not gonna buy a sandwich again!". And till then I haven't eat any meat at all. I eat only healthy food and I'm considering of going to the mountain for some workout :)

Thank you very much!
