		<description>Nowadays, I cannot imagine my life without the Internet, all the schoolwork that I have, whether it is research for my next class or a homework, it would take me hours to get it done without being able to look it up via google (or for me mostly yahoo).
I think it´s also a great way to connect with other people (especially if you´re shy like me :) ) THX for another great podcast =)</description>

Well, I can remember how it was without google. We simply used different search engines. :-)
AltaVista is such an dinosaur but there were many others! I also remember the awful search result with some engines (Every third link was from a porn side).

Google is really awesome. I found betteratenglish.com in Google ;-)
But I don&#039;t think, that Google was such a big revolution than these new Web2.0 applications are. All these BLOGs and podcast services are really great and they have a stronger influence to social life than Google has.
