Practice speaking English online for free

Do you need someone to practice speaking English with? You don’t need to live somewhere with access to native speakers. There are many sites online where you can find a native speaker of English who will talk to you over Skype or other chat services for free. I have tried many of them for you, and here is a list of the ones I think are best.
